WHOEVER EATS THIS BREAD WILL LIVE FOREVER
~ AN OVERVIEW OF THE MASS- Why do we do what we do at Mass?
- What are the things we use within the Mass?
- How does the Mass relate to The Temple and Jesus Christ?
This 4 part series will connect the Mass to both the Jewish Temple and the life of Jesus Christ. We will learn how Jesus fulfilled and transformed the Passover and the Temple sacrifices through His gift of the Mass.
Wednesday mornings: 2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26 at 9AM in the Good Shepherd Room. (I plan to offer this in the evenings next fall). Presentations will be recorded.
No registration and no cost. Books are provided. -

~ REFLECTING ON CHRIST'S PASSION
From the Garden of Gethsemane to Mount Calvary, we will take a look at the suffering and death of Jesus Christ. This study was filmed on location to make the events from Jesus' last days come alive
This study is a great way to enter more fully into the Lenten season. This study ends right at Holy Week.
Mondays at 6PM: 2/17, 3/3, 3/17, 3/31 & 4/14. Queen of Peace Room
Wednesdays at 9AM: 3/12, 3/19, 3/26, 4/2, 4/9. Good Shepherd Room
Materials for this class are recommended but not required.
Book & Workbook: $28
Online materials: $6 which gives you the videos, workbook and book online for 1 year
You can join the group order for the book and workbook but if you are purchasing online access, you must do that on your own as you will get your own username and password to access the materials. Please indicate this in the registration.

This comprehensive overview of the Catholic faith will help you understand what we believe and why we believe it. We will discuss our notion of God, salvation history, the Jewish roots of Christianity, the sacraments, and Mary, the new Eve.
