SACRAMENTS

Faith Formation has the honor of preparing our youth to receive the sacraments from our Lord.  We prepare 2nd grade students for the Sacraments of Penance and Holy Eucharist.  We also prepare juniors for Confirmation.

Faith Formation also has the responsibility of welcoming non-Catholics into the faith via the Sacraments of Initiation: Baptism (if necessary); Eucharist; and Confirmation. In addition to welcoming new members to the Church we also prepare adults who were not Confirmed for that Sacrament as well.

We strongly encourage all families and especially those receiving the sacraments to spend additional time in prayer preparing the heart for the grace of Christ.

Congratulations to those who receive our Lord Jesus Christ in Holy Communion the past weekend!

Holy Eucharist is the "source and summit" of our Catholic lives.  Jesus is truly present body, blood, soul and divinity in this sacrament.  Through our reception of Holy Communion we are brought into an intimate union with Christ.  The information letter and registration form is available here.
